Isabel Castillo

She served in the Dominican foreign service from 2002 to 2005 and from 2009 to 2020, as Counselor of the Embassy of the Dominican Republic in Mexico, where she gained extensive experience in Mexico-Dominican Republic bilateral relations. Her work to strengthen trade and investment relations, as well as to achieve air connectivity between the two countries, has been significant. Since 2017, she has led the initiative that resulted in the creation of the Mexico-Dominican Republic Binational Chamber of Business and Services, A.C.
